One of the most meaningful things we do as part of our journey together is gathering before we leave. It gives us a chance get to know each other so when we arrive at our destination, we're already connected. That connection helps us build trust, ease into the experience, and feel supported from day one.

Thank you to every woman who showed up to our Tulum Pre-Retreat Gathering today with presence, curiosity, and energy. Our time today was just the beginning and I'm looking forward to the work, the conversations, and the fun we’ll share together!

Looking back on this year, my heart is so full. 💛

January began with a new yoga certification, followed by our amazing Yoga in Yelapa retreat in February. March and April brought on deep transformation in Tulum with another retreat- May with a fun Mother’s Day LA-style getaway, June birthday celebrations, July cruising the Med with the grands and more Italy time with my girlie Zoe in August-September welcomed a tasty and wonderful Cooking in Campagna retreat.

Then life asked me to slow down. A breast cancer diagnosis shifted everything, and from it we formed the Sh*tty T***y Support Committee—proof that love, humor, and community carry us through even the toughest times. Another Dia de los Mu***os to honor our ancestors and December became intentionally quiet, a surgery and time to rest and celebrate love, family, and a positive prognosis.

To all of my incredible clients, friends, and partners: thank you for trusting me with your journeys and for supporting all these dreams. None of this happens without you, and I am endlessly grateful. 💕✨
