At AC, we stand behind every life-saving initiative! National Donor Day is all about bringing awareness to organ and tissue donation, and the lives that can be saved through these efforts. In the United States today more 125,000 people are waiting for a life-saving donation. Organs, eye, marrow, blood stem cells and tissue donations are the most needed in our country. We all must do our part in the contribution of these lifesaving efforts.

In a world where we are recovering from so much, we want to give a reminder that things are never as bad as they seem. 2022 was a challenging year for many businesses in our industry, with the rise of gas prices being one of the most common setbacks. Yet, we persevered and came out on the other side as winners. Today we celebrate national get up day as a reminder to , dust yourselves off, go to the round table and strategize, then forge ahead! 2023 will be the year that we all break glass ceilings.

As of 4pm ET today, subtropical storm Nicole is 435 miles ENE of the Bahamas and is heading NW at 9 mph. The NOAA forecast track has it moving generally westward across the Bahamas as a Storm and then strengthening to a Hurricane on Wednesday making landfall near North Palm Beach, FL sometime Thursday morning.

Please be advised that Hurricane Ian is now a major category 4 storm (winds of 140 mph) and is going to make landfall in the Fort Myers area (about 130 miles south of Tampa). As of 5am ET today, it is heading NNE at 10 mph. The NOAA forecast track has it making landfall Wednesday afternoon as a category 3-4 storm with sustained winds of between 111 -155 mph. It is also forecast to turn north on Thursday as a Tropical Storm and emerge into the Atlantic ocean late Thursday moving up the east coast. Please click the link below to learn more.

With over 40 years since we opened our doors, ACI has evolved into a leader within the courier and transportation industry in our 39 state region.
