BMSB season is around the corner, but that doesn’t mean your cargo has to lose momentum.

When heat treatment is coordinated on-site as part of the same warehouse operation, the process becomes more streamlined from receiving through to shipment.

That means:
- Cargo is received and prepared within the same facility.
- Heat treatment is coordinated as part of the shipment workflow.
- Transloading, crating, screening, and export preparation can continue around the same operation.
- Cargo can move into the next stage without being handed off between multiple facilities.

Let’s make this your smoothest BMSB season yet.

The LAX crew got together for their annual recurring screener training a few weeks ago. 💪

We covered ETD protocols and physical search procedures. Also, had some lively (and healthy) debates about what the TSA guidelines actually say, vs. what we think they say.

Thanks to everyone who showed up ready to learn!

Meet Mika Shastri, our CCSF Compliance Manager. 👋

With 15+ years in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and compliance, Mika brings plenty of hands-on experience to the Condor team. From TSA compliance and audits to air exports and imports, she knows how to keep the details on track.

Outside of work, she’s better known as Momma Darshan, a proud basketball mom to her student-athlete son in college! 🏀 She also enjoys family walks with her parents and fur baby, and a good classic Bollywood movie.

We’re lucky to have her on the team!

A good day for a warehouse tour! 🙌

Chet McDonugh and Jeff Ruane visited us for a look around and a quick catch-up, to see how we could support some of Radiant Logistics, Inc. ’s upcoming projects.

Thanks for stopping by!
