Parker's Amazing is a small-batch, unsweetened applesauce made from New England apples that didn't make the cut for retail... too small, not pretty enough for a grocery shelf, but otherwise perfectly delicious. That includes EcoCertified apples from another one of our partner farms: Lyman Orchards in CT. 99% upcycled fruit, no added sugar.

The name is a nod to Parker - founder Karl Dias' rescue pit bull mix who lost a leg and kept going with full joy and zero complaints. Our team has plenty of dog-people and we love that a portion of every jar goes to animal welfare organizations.

Oh, and it's shelf stable! New to the list now! 🐾

We're hiring a Sales Manager 🥕 Myers Produce is a women-run regional distributor connecting Northeast farms to independent retailers and restaurants in NYC, Boston, the Cape, and the Hudson Valley. We're looking for someone to manage active customer accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. This is a remote, full-time role focused on managing accounts, order processing, and day-to-day communication — with room to grow into more relationship-driven sales work as we expand our e-commerce capabilities. Check out the little gem and cilantro from Pitchfork Farm! Rob, Eric, and the team have been farming in Burlington's Intervale since 2006. They've cultivated 25 certified organic acres and specialize in salad greens, herbs, and vegetables that Burlington's best chefs have built menus around for years. On our list now!

Our friends at Love Farms are seasonal experts. They've ordered 60 lbs of Northwoods honey, Spring ephemerals like ramps and nettles, and had no problem pivoting to a wheel of High Lawn Farm's Blue when Crema Alpina was out. If you haven't seen for yourself yet, Love Farms is a 10-acre regenerative farm, restaurant, and market right in the heart of Cape Cod. They have wood-fired pizzas, harvest dinners, house-made bread, live music, and more. In Caroline's words: "Seasonality is a huge priority for them! We're excited to help them highlight the best of our region."

Rhubarb is one of the great underrated spring ingredients. Tart and punchy on its own, it transforms into something incredible when cooked. Plus, it's pretty low maintenance to grow. As the team at Chamutka Farm puts it, "It really doesn’t have any enemies besides the person who’s picking it" ...probably because its leaves are surprisingly toxic to people and predators! We're thrilled to have another year with Chamutka Farm - which grows 2½ acres of certified organic rhubarb and packs thousands of crisp, bright red stalks for us each season. They're on our list now and not around for long!

Shoutout to our friends at Fiddleheads Food Co-op in New London, CT! Fiddleheads is community owned by 5,000 households across southeastern Connecticut - which is actually their maximum allowed and was a number they "never imagined reaching" in 2004! Hadley was just at their annual meeting and was warmly welcomed by Kourtney and Jules: "They work really hard to bring in produce from 90+ local farms and have such a great relationship with their community and their farmers." We're honored to work with local food communities like theirs!
