Joyce's bio from the conference program:

Joyce LeBlanc Kramer is a Service Writer certified by the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA) and a member of the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association. She is employed at Allen Harbor Marine Service, a family-owned, year-round, full-service marina and boat yard in Harwich Port, Cape Cod, where her brother Craig LeBlanc serves as Owner & General Manager. Approaching its 100th year serving the boating community in 2027, Allen Harbor Marine Service is a premier resource for sales, service, and parts, and is an authorized dealer for Grady-White and North Atlantic Inflatable boats, as well as a Yamaha, Honda, and Volvo-Penta engines.

Joyce is deeply invested in growing the next generation of marine industry professionals within Cape Cod's blue economy. She is a strong supporter of marine trades education and the Yamaha Marine Technician Training Program at Cape Cod Community College. She plays an active role in co-op partnerships with Cape Cod Technical High Schools and works to build a diverse talent pipeline that includes technical and public high school students, adults with industry cross-over experience veterans and first responders with transferable skills. She is an active participant in the Cape Cod, Dennis, Yarmouth, and Harwich Chambers of Commerce.
