Dougie's Disposal & Recycling

10/16/2026

♻️ What a fun and informative morning touring the WM recycling facility! We were so impressed and loved getting a behind-the-scenes look at how everything is sorted and processed. Such a cool experience and a great reminder of the impact recycling has on our environment! 🌎

This weekend, we traded work boots for water tubes! 😎🌞

After spending the last several weeks sweating through some seriously hot days, the Dougie crew definitely earned a little break. We packed up, went camping, floated the river, laughed a lot, and (thankfully) nobody lost a tube... at least not permanently. 😂

In all seriousness, we couldn't be more proud of this crew. They show up every single day, work their tails off, and keep going no matter if it's 95 degrees, pouring rain, or Mother Nature decides to throw something completely unexpected at them. Their hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed, and this weekend was just a small way to say, "Thanks—you've earned it."

We also want to give a huge shoutout to all of our awesome customers who offer the crew water, snacks, cold drinks, or even just a few words of encouragement. Those little acts of kindness go a long way when you're working outside all day, and our crew truly appreciates every one of them.

Here's to an incredible team, great customers, and hopefully a few cooler days ahead... but we're not holding our breath! ☀️🚛🥾🏕️🛟

Hope you all had a great weekend too!

We are grateful for everyone’s hard work and help during a stressful situation. Thank you for everything you do!
