the scammers are targeting individuals who have recently changed service with Spectrum. They are contacting customers, claiming to have sent the incorrect phone and needing to send a replacement. They offer a shipping label and a gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. 🚨 ‼️ 🚨

If this happens to you do NOT call any of the numbers they give you. Hang up and call spectrum direct

They are scamming you.
