For those asking: the fire that occurred yesterday in Bayahibe/La Romana, Dominican Republic, was NOT near Amber Cove. Both locations are in the DR, but they are on opposite sides of the island. Amber Cove is near Puerto Plata on the north coast, while Bayahibe/La Romana is on the southeastern coast.

Spencer Station was one of my favorite stops along Route 66, and I’m so grateful to have met you, Stephanie, and Ed. It’s wonderful to see your vision coming to fruition.
