To the Operation E.A.T families, first and foremost I hope this post finds you all well. I wanted to reach out to you all to provide an update on things, as we haven’t posted an update in some time. Things tragically took a turn for the worse over the last few months. My partner Billy Brown and his family stole the funding from our organization, and they have gone radio silent ever since.

I have been trying to find alternative sources of funding to keep the organization a float, but to no success. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your loyalty, trust and all of the amazing memories over the past year that you all have provided me.

While I do wish I was reaching out with a better news, this is sadly the outcome due to the selfish decisions of others. If anyone has any questions or needs anything please feel free to reach out. You can also reach out to me on my personal account, which I will be tagging in the comments of this post. If I can relaunch the organization in the future, I will be sure to post here and to reach out to you all via email. Until then I wish you all the best and hope you have a great finish to the school year and an amazing summer!

Good afternoon families!
Unfortunately, our quarterly audit is taking longer than we anticipated. This is our first time dealing with this, so we ask for your continued patience. With that being said, we are unable to serve meals until this process is completed. Once it is completed, we will reach out to all of you to let you know that meal services have begun again.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you and your family.

Good afternoon,

I hope that you all are doing well! Today (Jan 25th) and tomorrow (Jan 26th) our systems will be going through a quarterly audit with our food service provider. This process is essential in order to keep our program available to the community. Due to the nature of this audit we will not be providing meals for the next 2 days. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause your family and we look forward to serving you next week.

In more positive news, we did finally get our kitchen fully transitioned, so we will be back to cooking in full strength next week. We will be posting the meal we will be serving the morning of daily moving forward!

We will be closed today and tomorrow while we finish our kitchen transition. Pick up will still be available daily at our current location in Harker Heights, this will resume next Monday. Due to the ongoing freezing weather in the area, we will be closed this afternoon.

We will resume tomorrow at our regularly scheduled time. We do apologize about the inconvenience. We will be serving chicken tortilla soup tomorrow to combat the cold 😋 stay safe and stay warm! We will see you all tomorrow.

Good morning! We will be preforming routine maintenance on our food truck this morning. Due to this, we will not be serving today at our Heights location. We will resume on Tuesday.

Our Food Truck will be closed today (1/8) due to inclement weather. We will resume our soft launch starting tomorrow (1/9) from 11am until 3pm. Remember we are also offering delivery within a 5 mile radius as well. To pre order, please visit the link below:

We are excited to announce the launch of our Operation E.A.T Food Truck in the community of Killeen! As a non-profit organization, the goal of our food truck initiative is to provide additional support to our overall mission of providing free meals to children in the community. 100% of funds raised from our food truck will go directly toward continuing to grow this program.

Beginning on Jan 8th we will introduce our new menu through a soft opening. During our soft open we will only serve 100 meals per day to ensure that we are able to focus on providing a high quality experience for our customer. Limited delivery will be available as well.
