Riders must be able to independently tack and ride and subject to assessment ride to make sure good fit with one of our lesson horses. Lessons available for additional cost. Today we are grateful for unicorn ponies who keep our littles safe and who we can trust with anyone, vets who talk late, come early and deal with our always winding lists of emergencies, staff who come to support and lend an extra hand, and rescues who out of thousands of horses, remember your little guy and respond in minutes. We are hiring 🐴🐎!! Looking to add a barn hand for afternoon/evening shifts for 10-stall barn in Studley. Thursdays and other flexible days. Horse experience preferred, tasks will include stalls, hay, water, feed, turnout. Shifts are typically 2-3 hours and can be started anywhere from 4-6pm. Pay is $15/hour. Option for multiple afternoons or am feed shifts. Option to work off Board, lessons or lease if preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Pm us for more information.

We have one boarding spot comoing available! One stall for full board in small 10-stall barn in Eastern Hanover. 30 min from Richmond, 20 from Ashland. Cost is $600/month+ cost of grain at owner’s selection. Meds, supplements given daily. Small group turnout, option for private if needed. Large outdoor ring with lights, fields to hack out. Relaxed, low-key, no drama facility. Options to work off board or discounted board for horse’s participation in small low-key lesson program if interested. With new lesson schedule, we are offering partial leases. One or two ride per week options. Pm us for more information. All riders will need to do an assessment ride to determine best fit. We also have one lesson spot open Thursdays for beginner rider ages 4-7.
