On a not so warm day yesterday I stopped at some road signs and the Rev. Thomas Fox house along US Route 1. On May 23 1864, Robert E. Lee was drinking buttermilk when a cannon hit the house. House is on private property! Picture from road. But being preserved by the NO trespassing. Be careful pulling off highway too.
