✈️ Exciting Opportunity for Speedway Flight Training Students

This week we’re welcoming a representative from Purdue Global to Speedway Flight Training to talk with our students about a potential pathway where flight training completed at SFT can count toward an aviation degree through Purdue Global.

The opportunity came together quickly — the Purdue Global aviation representative happened to be in Atlanta this week attending Verticon, and we were able to secure time for him to visit our school and meet directly with our students.

Students will learn how their flight training at Speedway Flight Training could be applied toward earning an aviation degree while continuing to build the experience needed for a professional pilot career.

[ Friday Afternoon Update ] These are the latest forecast snowfall amounts for Saturday. Snow will begin late tonight over far north Georgia and spread southward through Saturday morning. Snow will taper off through Saturday afternoon. Any accumulations will create slick roadways and dangerous driving conditions.

Andie was out of time at an overcrowded shelter in Georgia. She was one of the last dogs on the urgent list until her new mom and dad Cris and Sam from New Jersey fell in love from 800 miles away.
Volunteer Pilots Dan Cruz and Jim Lindz heard Andie needed a few Freedom Flights to get to her new home.
Thank you to every good human that made this happen. We couldn’t do it without you. Andie is home. What you all do matters more than you will ever know.
