Has been completely upgraded to 2018 specs. This outboard has almost new compression.It has new lower unit, new starter, new firing system, new fuel lines, new rebuilt carbs, new paint and decals. It is electric start. You need to see it to appreciate it. Comes with limited warranty. God Bless
