Fantastic fishing derby! Beautiful weather, great music,delicious food and our wonderful community. Together we raised over $15,000 that will go to help Dom with his recovery, honor Scott and support Lahaina. We are grateful and blessed!

“A picture is worth a thousand words.” That’s my friend Dom with the fishing pole and me with the net. If you look closely, you can see we are also towing a boat. A few years ago, we were out fishing for salmon with zero action and zero fish. Then on the radio we heard a distress call from a boat. We pulled our lines and ran down to provide assistance. On the way home we put our lines back in the water and rewarded with three beautiful salmon. My friend Dom was injured last year. He needs to lean into his family, friends and community for support. We are going to help with his recovery. The fishing derby this year will help support local families and our friends in Lahaina. Please join us if you can.

The Community Crab feed was a success. We came together and raised $10,000. The proceeds will be split 50/50 to Coastside Hope and NAMI San Mateo County. Thank you to everyone that helped and showed up on a rainy day!
