Just turned 28, and honestly, it feels like I’ve been a mover my whole life. 😂📦

I’m grateful to see another year, continue building something of my own. Moving has become more than just a job for me. It’s a career, a passion, and something I’m proud to be growing every single day.

I know there’s still a lot of work to do and a lot of goals I want to accomplish, but I’m thankful for how far I’ve come and everyone who has supported me along the way.

Here’s to 28, more growth, bigger opportunities, and seeing what the future has in store for me and NextGen Relocation. The best is yet to come! 🙏🏽

Being a local mover means I’m pretty much working every day, so I have to find ways to work smarter and not put unnecessary wear and tear on my body. 💪

I’m the one who packed these boxes, so I know what’s inside them and how they’re packed. When you have experience and know what you’re doing, there are different ways to get the job done efficiently without making everything harder than it needs to be.

And before anybody starts in the comments, I always ask the customer and explain the process to make sure they’re comfortable with it. Communication and taking care of the customer’s belongings will always come first.

At the end of the day, moving is a physical job, and longevity matters. I want to keep doing this for years, not wear my body out trying to prove how hard I can work.

Work smarter, not harder. Every mover has their own way of getting the job done, and this is what works for me.

One of the best moving hacks I’ve learned as a mover: use the furniture you already have as extra space. 👀

Chairs, dressers, cabinets, and other furniture can hold smaller boxes and items, helping you maximize the truck without just throwing everything wherever it fits.

It’s all about loading smart, protecting everything, and making the most out of the space you have.

Aye bruh, we’re really about to try to fit an entire 5-bedroom house into ONE truck! 😂🚛 This one is definitely going to be a challenge, but we’re going to give it our best shot and see if we can make everything fit.

This is where the real-life Tetris comes into play! As movers, we have to think about how we’re going to load everything, what pieces need to go in first, how to use the space we have, and how to stack everything properly without wasting too much room. Every piece of furniture and every box matters when you’re trying to fit an entire house into one truck.

The goal is to maximize the space we have while making sure everything is loaded properly and secured for transportation. Sometimes you have to move things around, switch up your game plan, and get a little creative to make everything work. You can’t just throw everything in there and hope for the best! 😂

We’re going to take it one piece at a time and see how far we can get. The big question is… ARE WE ACTUALLY GOING TO FIT THIS ENTIRE 5-BEDROOM HOUSE IN ONE TRUCK?! 👀

Mover loading the truck is basically a real life game of Tetris 😂💪🏼. Something about it, it’s just so satisfying to watch the whole load come together 🚛📦

Maturing is realizing every mover is going to have their own way of doing things.

The way someone wraps furniture, the way they stage the house, the way they carry certain pieces, or even the way they load a truck can be completely different from how you do it.

And honestly, that’s okay.

There’s more than one way to get a move done correctly. What matters is knowing what works for you, being efficient, protecting the customer’s belongings, and getting the job done without making things harder than they need to be.

Over time, you develop your own system. You learn what works, what doesn’t, and what makes your job easier while still maintaining quality.

I’m always going to share how I do things, but that doesn’t mean it’s the only way to do it.

Every mover has their own technique. Take what you can learn from other movers, try different things, and eventually build a system that works for you.

At the end of the day, we’re all just trying to get the job done right.

I just love showing you guys the process of how I load my truck as a mover. There’s a lot more that goes into it than just throwing everything inside and closing the door.

Every piece has a spot, and I’m always thinking about how to maximize space while keeping everything protected and secure. From the furniture to the boxes, I want to make sure the load comes together the right way.

It’s basically real-life Tetris, and honestly, watching the truck come together is one of my favorite parts of the job. What do you guys want to see me load next? 🤔🚛📦
