NEW BUG does BITE!!!

Well here's the next bug - been sayin' it for years - quit importing so much - stop supporting those who do. Stay away from ChinaMart and all those box stores... Or the next bug we import will hurt us directly, not just our food - sorry to say that prediction has come true.

I know its hard to find American Made but please at least try. If you make an effort American products will come back.

Hi folks - sorry to have been away so long - it's been a busy summer. So here's where we stand - I have only seen 1 stinky bug every three days for only about 2 weeks and none all summer - really! I know its only a matter of time til the little ones are ready to leave the bushes and fly... To my house, to my car, and at my kids. Damn things. Now that we are over 50 likes - let's have some fun - more posts to follow with my plans.

Stink bug talk at Green Fest was standing room only. I was not allowed to video tape it. I will however be updating my site with a new info tab. So please check that out next week. Thank you Tracy Leskey for coming and talking. It was a very enlightening talk about a very bad and truly devastating topic. I knew it was bad but it's so much worse than that. Buy local - it's less costly in the long run.

I almost drank a stink bug yesterday! I had almost finished. I was on my 2nd to last mouthful when there it was! Surfing on the top-headed towards my mouth-I was really lucky that I noticed. It made me slightly sick to my stomach thinking about it. I already had the rule not to leave an open drink unattended or uncovered in my truck - now I'll have to cover my drink in between sips in the house also.
