With Memorial Day weekend approaching, we want to take a moment to say thank you and remember those that made the ultimate sacrifice. Whether it was for our freedom, ridding a foreign country of tyranny, providing for a safer world or saving the lives of their brothers in arms, we salute you! Freedom isn't free and we must never forget it, or take it for granted, as many paid with their lives to give us what we have.

With the ever increasing likelihood of litigation involving any accident with a large truck, insurance companies are implementing stricter guidelines
for motor carriers on driver qualifications. They look at "any" accident as an increased risk factor, as well as any unsafe driving behaviors. Slow
down and observe posted speed limits, maintain a proper following distance of 6 seconds above 40 mph and stay in the right lane whenever possible.

A truck driver with a prior crash involvement had a 113% increased likelihood of a future crash, according to the report.
