In June We Started the Employee of the month based of Reviews from Customers & if No One gets any reviews then We will put the Crew that deserve a chance at the title based on their Performance in the field & attitude in a hat & let Boogie (Our Granddaughter) Chose one on the 15th of Every Month.

Introducing Our Employee of the Month & New Crewlead. J.Brooks Aka Dread.

Dread had been with Our RHR Family for a little under a month. He has had 14 Customers call & Personally give him reviews for how Amazing His is when out in the field, how personable he is and hardworking He is. He became a Crewlead 2 weeks after starting with Us due to 8 reviews being of the same context of “ Dread is extremely hard working, He knows what He is doing & How long has He worked for Your Company? “ after so many calls about Dread I decided to Promote Him to Crewlead & teach Him Paperwork. It literally took Me 5 minutes of explaining of the contracts & He was set. Dread knows the Paperwork, Drives Trucks, The Guys RESPECT HIM & take orders well from Him & He gets the Job done without Damaging any belongings of Our Customers!!!!
