Sullivan scrap gon arrived today, out of the box and with some weathering!

Several of the new details added yesterday to the layout, one is looks like the dozer operator is shoveling some mud or debris off the dozer while the junkyard dog looks on. The other detail is the guardrail over by Armitage Furniture:

Not much to report as I'm working hard on finishing 7 cars plus a set of coal hoppers plus getting ready to ship 10 cars. Added a few little additions to the layout but haven't even ran that for a bit. More progress photos soon.....

Coming soon to the layout, I finally found a Sullivan scrap bathtub gondola on eBay. These are hard to find and are rare birds. This one just purchased is in black with Holyoke, MA lettering which I'll patch out. A bit out of my era but really wanted one of these for the scrapyard. Photos after this arrives and is weathered up....
