Adrian Foltz Celebrating 20 years at Walker’s Express

It’s hard to put into words the impact that Adrian’s had on Walker’s Express over the past 20years. When Adrian moved back to North Carolina from California to care for his parents, we were fortunate that he chose to become part of the Walker’s Express family. From day one, his dedication, strong work ethic, and genuine commitment to serving the community made him an immediate fit and a valued member of our team.

Before joining us, Adrian had chased his lifelong dream of being in a band while living in California—a passion he carried with him back to North Carolina. Even while working full-time, he continued to share his love of music, performing in several bands and building meaningful connections across the community.

Throughout his two decades here, Adrian has not only been a dependable and hardworking colleague but also a friend to so many. His kindness, humor, and integrity have left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to work with him. As he embarks on his next adventure as a long-haul trucker, we celebrate all that he’s accomplished and wish him nothing but success, joy, and safe travels on this exciting new journey.

On a more personal note, it truly has been a pleasure having you here with us Adrian. You have been a blessing to both this company and to me personally for so many years. Thank you for everything you have done for me and for Walker’s Express; things will not be the same without you. I hope you know how much I will miss you, and I wish you the best in this new chapter.

* Celebrating over 20 years of Service *

One of the greatest decisions I ever made was choosing Charles Lucas Atkins to be my General Manager. I know for a fact that the impact he’s had on the success of our business, as well as me personally, is unrivaled. Senior Chief Charles Lucas Atkins dedicated 22 years of his life to the U.S. Navy before retiring and then coming to work at Walker’s Express. It is clear, that service to others has been a great calling in his life and he has fulfilled that calling in so many honorable ways. Words fall short of expressing the overwhelming gratitude I feel for your unwavering loyalty, dedication, tireless support, and the profoundly positive impact you have had on my life, this business, and our community. Your contributions have been nothing short of transformative, and I am endlessly thankful for everything you have done.

“Celebrating over 20 years of service!”

Chris started working for Walkers Express shortly after graduating high school. He has remained a loyal team member throughout our time together over the past 20 years. For over a decade, Chris has happily driven our Charlotte route, which is our most dangerous route, without complaint, he actually enjoys it! He comes in everyday with a smile on his face, a pleasant hello and a kind word to anyone he speaks with. Chris’s positive attitude and charming personality, as well as his love for sharing
interesting trivia facts makes him a favorite among our clients. Chris is a rock to all the people in his life, his family, friends, as well as our team here at Walker’s Express. We greatly appreciate everything that Chris does, he is one of a kind and his hard work, dedication, optimism and kindness does not go unnoticed. Chris, I have personally been blessed by our longstanding friendship and I want to thank you for everything you do and have done for Walker’s, our clients and our community.

We here at Walker’s Express are asking all our prayer warriors to lift one of our employees, Grayson Meyers and his family up, whose father passed away unexpectedly last night. It is never easy saying goodbye to those we love the most. Sometimes we don’t understand why things happen when they do, but we have to trust God. We thank all our friends and family for their support during this time.

" Greg Barber " 20 Years of Service

" We Honor You Today "

Greg moved to North Carolina from Arizona 20 years ago and has been a part of our Walker's Express team ever since. He started out as a medical route courier, then moved into some freight delivery routes. Over the last 20 years, I have been amazed to watch the growth in his life. From being a teenager, to being married to Deanna (he got lucky on that one! ), to becoming a father to 3 kids. We know for sure at least two are his ;) (just kidding Greg!) This guy is now one of my head managers and handles our logistics and I.T. department. Impossible for our office to run as smooth as it does without his dedicated hard work. Greg's favorite saying around the office when asked to do something - "Whatever you need". What an example to our staff. But I have to say the best thing about Greg is that he has been one of my best friends in my life. He has always been there for me. Love you Greg and thanks for 20 great years!

“Rodney Johnson”

20 Years of service

It is a true honor today to show praise to Rodney for his 20 years of service to Walker’s Express. Not only has he been a great & loyal Courier, but I truly call him one of my best Christian friends. So many times he has lifted me up personally in his thoughts and prayers when I needed it the most. Rodney also has over 25 years of service in his job at Wesley Long hospital. Think about it, eight hours a day first shift, 5 hours a day second shift. Five days a week, for over 20 years. Who does that in this day and time? We love you brother for your friendship and your dedication to service to our community. May God bless you in all you do!!!

"25" YEARS !!! Tina Morton

Honoring my Niece and Office Manager this week for 25 years of service to Walker's Express Inc. We grew up together as kids and now we get to serve our customers & community together as adults. I can't imagine my life or the business's life without her! Everyday she is the first to arrive and the last to leave. She always joyfully serves our clients and employees with a soft heart made of peace & love. I get to see on a daily basis the difference you make in people's lives because of the work you do for others. So proud of Tina Morton. May God bless you & keep you in His grace. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for always being there for me.
