For our Members here at Safe Harbor Greenport & Safe Harbor Stirling, our location makes a great starting point for venturing out to destinations throughout Long Island Sound and the surrounding Safe Harbor network.

For visiting Members cruising into Greenport, there’s plenty to explore once you step ashore. Greenport Village is close by, with waterfront restaurants, local shops and cafés, while the surrounding North Fork offers wineries, farm stands and other quintessential fall attractions.

Please take a few moments to prepare your vessel and protect it from potential damage. Before this weekend's storm arrives, we encourage all Members to:

✅Check on your boat
✅ Add extra dock lines and fenders
✅Ensure shore power is connected
✅ Stow loose cushions and gear
✅ Secure hatches and canvas
✅ Tie down or remove anything that could become airborne in high winds

A little preparation goes a long way. Stay safe and thank you for helping to keep our marina community prepared!
