UPDATE
The generator from Entergy has arrived and is being installed. This will indeed speed up the process!!

The generator is currently working at one of the wells but it will take some time for the tank to fill enough for us to access water, hopefully before dark. Also, Entergy is on the way with another generator, which will be placed at the other 2 wells. I know this has been a terrible, but unavoidable, inconvenience for everyone. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you to our employees who have been working tirelessly to get the situation resolved, everyone who has assisted them and thanks to Entergy for coming to our rescue.

We will continue to update you as we progress. Thanks again!!

We are temporarily out of water due to an issue with one of our generators. Sam is working diligently to get it working again. Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully it won’t be long.

The meter has been fixed and your water should be back on. If anyone has a problem, please let us know.

Due to a broken meter, the water on Highway 850 East, outside the city limits, will be off for about an hour while they replace the meter. Sorry for the inconvenience.
