An awesome event with great people and an incredible group of balloonists. Everyone came together at the ALCOVETS Balloon Festival to raise money for veterans programs and support an amazing cause. What a welcoming organization, beautiful flying, and an all-around fun time. It was truly great to be part of an event filled with camaraderie, generosity, and a shared passion for ballooning.

We always love to fly, but some days things just come together for the perfect flight and a special occasion. Today we got to participate in a proposal flight. And the best part, SHE SAID YES! Congratulations to Stephanie and Matt on their engagement. Air Apparent and her entire crew wish you both all of life’s best, and a lifetime of happiness together!!

First flight of the new year and a mini balloon rally. We joined Balloons Over America and some friends in Vass, NC for a chilly morning flight. It is always fun flying with friends!

We received this beautiful quilt today from Jennifer Lyman Plaugher. She hand made it. How incredibly awesome and kind of you, Jen! It’s is absolutely gorgeous and we will display it prominently in our home.
