The Dog Days of August
This year has been terrible for marine growth, fowling bottoms and running gear. With a Fowler bottom you will burn a lot more fuel and can cause engine overheating issues.
Air conditioning systems face the same growth problems. Barnacles and grass will grow inside of the air conditioning coils and hoses just like on the bottom of the boat.
We have invested in a system that will clean inside of the hoses and coils. If you don’t think you have a problem, close the seacock for the a/c and pull the basket out of the strainer. We can schedule flushing your system at our dock anytime.
The same with a short haul we can do it anytime.
