When’s the last time you checked for line in your prop?
A customer came in today complaining of his motor running and shutting off intermittently. Upon a quick look, this was found inside of the customers propellor shaft.
The problem? Water intrusion! A quick few hours later the motor is ready to go!
Water can get into your lower unit, and you will not notice it for up to two years!
Lesson learned!
