It's a wet one out there, so please be a little more careful when you see our school buses around town this afternoon. Things can get a little slick so please take it easy today.

This week is National School Bus Safety Week with a theme of "Safe Rides, Everyday Heroes".

For the last day of the week, we want to "shout out" the dispatchers, administrators, HR folks and everyone else who makes the machine run. Without them, our drivers, parents and kids would have a lot harder time getting everyone where they needed to be.

Thank you for all you do!

This week is National School Bus Safety Week with a theme of "Safe Rides, Everyday Heroes".

Today we focus on the "everyday heroes" who fix, fill, inflate, diagnose, replace, repair and fine tune our vehicles to run day after day after day. Our hard working garage staff also work on other vehicles around our area.

Thank you for all you do!

This week is National School Bus Safety Week with a theme of "Safe Rides, Everyday Heroes".

Today we had a meeting of our "everyday heroes", the dozens of drivers and paras that run the routes each day the school bell rings. We talked about safety, current issues and how we can do our jobs with increased safety and courtesy.

Give them a wave when you see them on the road!

October 19 - 23 is National School Bus Safety Week, a chance to celebreate the drivers, mechanics, administrative staff and trainers who make the daily bus routes run smoothly!

This year's theme, "Safe Rides, Everyday Heroes" is represented by this art piece created by a student. It promotes safe practices like buckling up, obeying signs (particularly near schools) and taking things slow.

We will be talking all week about the "everyday heroes" that make the buses run.

TUESDAY TRAFFIC - School buses, by nature, make frequent stops and don't zip through traffic. It's slow going sometimes but it's necessary to get kids to and from school safely. Thank you for your patience in helping us operate safely.

09/14/2026

It's a beautiful start to the week! Thanks to everyone who helps us get kids to school safely.

Please excuse our mess as the sidewalks are being replaced over the next few days. It'll look great when it's done!
