One year ago, demo to begin renovations began and we uncovered significant mold, moisture, and water in crawlspace!! One year later, full demolition of building has begun!!! Doing the right thing is not always profitable! Glad I did not suck it up and cover up a humongous problem just to open for last season!!

Today I moved the last of my equipment out of the building. Join me please in the hope for another space that is available which will allow for the incredible seasonal specialties we have planned to offer Grand Haven! It has been a long 8 months waiting for this day but there is still hope no matter how disappointing!

Thank you all for your support and patience as we have been dealing with this since it was uncovered on June 5th. We could not in good conscience continue with renovations and with plans to open this past summer and we are thankful for that decision. The situation is heartbreaking for all involved and a solution will hopefully be determined soon. Please tune in or attend the council meeting tomorrow evening at 7:30pm if you can.

We hope you all are enjoying Coast Guard Festival and the beautiful weather here in Grand Haven!! We are sorry to say that due to an issue with the building uncovered from renovations, we have been unable to move forward with opening this season. We are waiting for remediation and will be able to complete renovations after that time. Although we are unable to offer the cargo bike rentals and to-go beverages and treats this summer season, we are excited to move forward with the next scope of our business into the off season. Stay tuned as we hope to have more information for you soon! Stay safe and enjoy the festivities and the fireworks as Coast Guard Fest comes to a close the weekend!!

This beautiful, 2 wheeled, rear bucket cargo bike will be available to rent this summer in addition to the 3 wheeled front box cargo bikes. Unfortunately we are unable to open as planned today, due to some building issues we are waiting on to be remedied. We hope to have word soon and may end up renting the bikes in the near future regardless of the building concerns inside. Thank you all for your patience!! It is going to be an exciting summer with the addition of all Naut So Ordinary has to offer, even if our season will be shorter!! Enjoy the gorgeous weather we are finally getting and have a safe and happy 4th of July Week!!!

While this is true, we are excited that tomorrow is calling for sunshine! Cargo Bikes will be available to rent tomorrow, JUNE 17th, at 10am! We will be honoring the $25, 2 HR rental special for all Fathers tomorrow. Come out and enjoy the boardwalk, cargo bike style!

Due to the weather this weekend, cargo bikes will be available for rent beginning Monday, June 17th weather permitting and by reservation only, until our targeted Grand Opening of July 1st.

It is a beautiful day and we are getting ready for you down at Naut So Ordinary!! The bikes are in and we will be opening next weekend for Cargo Bike Rentals!

Come down and check them out this weekend from noon to 4pm.
Beginning June 15th, 2 Hour Rentals for only $30!! 4 Hour Rentals $40.
Fathers, come down and take your kiddos for a ride on the 16th for Father’s Day!!! $25 special for all Fathers for a 2 Hour rental!
