We made a swim platform from a 36 Tiara fit a 42 Tiara. The owner wanted it to be as short as possible to accommodate netting all of the salmon he and his crew are sure to catch so while it appears stock, it is heavily modified. It will be finished with Aqua Traction marine flooring to replace the non-skid.

Job Summary

We are a business that specializes in fiberglass, woodwork and finishes and we are looking for an individual to sand, buff, and repair fiberglass and gel coat. This will include working on any stage of boat projects either alongside me or alone as assigned.On a per job basis you will be given time goals to determine your capabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Tracking time each day and assigning it to the job or jobs that you were working on.
Pack tools and supplies for the job and bring them from the shop to the job site.
Interacting with customers in a professional and respectful manner.
Keeping the job site orderly and clean as we’ll be working right next to other people’s boats
Qualifications and Skills

Experience buffing
Attention to detail
Fiberglass and gel coat experience a plus
Body shop experience a plus
Ability to work independently
Must have reliable transportation to all local job sites
Benefits

Potential to increase salary over time as skills are gained. Flexible schedule can be earned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $18.00 /hour depending on experience
