For those who don’t know, our trucking company closed at the end of August thanks to the rise of the cost of fuel and the decrease in freight. Anyways Dave is getting ready to open a road side repair service on the first of the year. GDM Transport Services LLC. For all vehicles (semi’s included) he can help with lock outs, fuel and/or parts delivery, jump starts, light mechanical work (semi fuel filter change, etc.) and taxi/delivery service…and for cars, suvs and pickups only (for now) diagnostics, tire change or repair and winch outs. If need towed, we can recommend a good tow company or two. We will be making a new page for the new business and will engage more with everyone and be able to use the messenger to set appointments. We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and wish everyone a very merry Christmas and an amazing new year 2024!!

On the road again! So far so good. Sure hope the repair shop removed the "Please hit me" sign. So tired of people hitting us. 2 drivers. 2 trucks. 2 months. 2 wrecks...0 our fault. 100% fed up. Praying we stay safe from here on out.

If it's not one thing, it's another. Truck is drinking oil and this morning we had to turn it off at our delivery and it didn't want to turn back on. Played with the battery connectors and it finally started. Decided to stop at a loves to put oil in and had to turn it off and now...we sit on the fuel island and wait for the shop to come jump it. I'm about to give up on this truck. We are doing so good with this new company also...don't want to mess that up.

And it just started...Dave didn't give up. Whew!

First load with new company is complete. Gonna make bank on it. Time for some needed truck maintenance (tlc) and getting caught up on some things.

Got pulled around and DOT inspected earlier today. No violations! Thank you God...and the lady officer who was nice to us.

Well what a week. Went to turn off the heat valves and the belts broke and then when I was tighten up the alternator the top mount broke so I had to call a service truck to bring me a new one then he didn't ground it. Then went to Walmart 30 miles away to get a cable and the truck didn't want to start but the next day I removed the cables and reinstalled them and then it started. So next week I'm going to stay home and go through the wires
