Meet Blanca and Lauro!

Blanca and Lauro are the owners of Mi Casita Grilled Chicken. Everything started from the various parties they would attend while providing the food. Everyone would express how much they loved the homemade taste of their grilled chicken, and always mentioned how they needed to share it with the world!

After thinking and planning what started as a simple comment, became an actual goal for them, and the dream of owning their own food truck started. One of the things they were very passionate about was to transfer the idea of home cooked meals to the design of the food truck, they wanted people to feel as if they were eating their food straight out of their house.

Therefore created the carefully hand painted design of their food truck, by Daniel Gutierrez, Lauro’s Brother! All made in oil paint.

It wasn’t easy, but after hard work and commitment their dream came true.
