📢Public Service Announcement:
First, we want to say how much we appreciate our customers. Over the years, we've been happy to answer questions, offer advice, squeeze people into the schedule, help with quick fixes, and cut folks a break when we can. We genuinely enjoy helping boaters stay on the water.❤️🚤
That said...
If you've watched 37 YouTube videos, replaced 14 parts, rewired half the boat, and are now sending us messages asking for a free diagnosis, we're probably going to ask you to bring the boat in.🤔
Diagnosing a problem through photos, texts, and secondhand descriptions is mostly guesswork—especially after years of modifications, repairs, and "creative engineering."🧐
The reality is that most of the people asking for detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics never actually bring the boat in. Meanwhile, our shop survives by inspecting, testing, and repairing boats, not by trying to diagnose mystery problems through Facebook Messenger. 👨🔧🧰
Unfortunately, our crystal ball is kept in the shop right next to the diagnostic equipment. If you'd like an actual answer instead of another guess from the internet, bring the boat by and we'll be happy to take a look.🔮
We appreciate all of our customers and are always glad to help where we can. Just remember: the best diagnostics happen when the boat is here, not when the crystal ball is.🔧🧠👀
