Peach Cobbler

1/2 cup butter
1 cup AP flour
2 cups sugar divided
1 Tbsp baking powder
Pinch sea salt
4 cups sliced peaches
1 Tbsp lemon
Cinnamon

-Preheat oven 375
-Melt butter in 13 x 9 baking dish
-Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, milk and stir until moist
-Pour over butter but don’t stir!
-Bring remaining cup of sugar, peaches, lemon juice to boil over high heat and power over batter but don’t stir!
-Bake until golden brown and serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
