Sometimes, you've got to let your blessings overflow a little bit and this was one of those times. We are all so truly blessed to get to spend our lives with these horses and it's easy for us to forget that there are a lot of people out there who don't get that opportunity , and some that have never even touched a horse! People always ask to meet the horses when we stop at fuel stations, and most of the time I'll let them peak in the trailer but we were taking a break anyway and these guys were so sweet and absolutely in LOVE with Zara. -it should be noted that Zara came from one of my amazing regulars and I knew that they wouldn't mind, and also knew the horse was going to be totally fine-.
We got to do a very impromptu interview for their vlog, and they got to learn about Zara's life as a race horse and her post track life, and we got to answer some really great questions about the racing, horses, and hauling industries that were really eye opening for our new friends. Who otherwise only hear bits and pieces of typically negative media, especially when it comes to racing and where the horses go if they don't quite hack it on the track.
It was a really wonderful experience all around to spread some awareness and truth about our world, and hearing that meeting Zara was THE highlight of their cross country road trip was really touching. Undoubtedly, Zara ate up every square inch of the attention she was getting and her new owners were just as thrilled that their lovely mare brought so much joy to others

I feel like I havent posted a rout update in a while but y'all we are truly so blessed as we've been jam-packed FULL every mile of the way and can you believe we are booking out all the way through 🍁 FALL🍁 already? It's truly a so humbling that y'all trust us with your pride and joy your new purchases, and your old friends, and that so many of you keep using our services and keep promoting us. Having a packed schedule and packed trailer with almost zero advertising is a top tier blessing and I can't thank y'all enough!

Here's to the real MVPs of this organization, the trucks, trailers, and companies that keep us rolling ❤️ part II

There are two, strappingly handsome, strong, articulate men that I quite literally could not function in this business without, and that is the guys over at FIK Diesel Performance in La Grange, TX.

From air filters to motor swaps and clutches, these guys have really just about done it all for me. Not to mention the moral support when I call crying because I felt a weird vibration or I think I'm on fire. *Cough* I don't look at my bills so I'm not sure if I'm getting billed for therapy sessions or not, I'll have to get back to you guys on that.

But really, if you're in the general area and need some rock solid diesel mechanics, or you're literally anywhere in the country and need a jam up diesel performance shop, I highly highly recommend FIK Diesel. And if you are out of state... I may know a gal who can haul that truck for you.

We've told you guys about Trailguard before, and despite all of our greatest efforts, we lost two tires just three miles short of a delivery running something over in the road. Ironically, my very next stop was discount tire once we were empty, to replace my current spare, and purchase a second spare wheel and tire for this trailer.

Funny how that works.

Fortunately the barn owners were able to come meet me and swapping the horses was quick and painless and the horses made it to their final destination easy peasy. I made two phone calls after that and one was to discount tire, to ask them to mount and balance those tires on two new wheels, and the other was to Trailguard.

They were so nice, friendly, and helpful, and in what seemed like no time at all, they found a mechanic to play my monkey games and run to discount to pick up the wheels and tires and bring them to me. The guys that showed up were phenomenal, fast, and said TrailGuard was really great and easy to work with on their end also. The best part? It cost me $0.00 (aside from obviously buying my wheels and tires). I guarantee that service would have cost me more than my annual membership fee was to sign up with TrailGuard, and rather than stress out about getting back on the road, I was able to sit in the desert and have a little one on one time with the man above for a bit. I always say, if you don't stop and make time for him, he will make it himself.

PS now I have about 6 spares ready to go 😅

Welp folks, it's happened. Our DOT and MC numbers are being fraudulently used by other haulers and at least one box truck company. I have reported each and every one of them to the FMCSA, local authorities, and the FBI.

If you are not speaking to us and booking with us through this page, the phone number 512-581-5765, or the email address [email protected], you are not speaking with us and you are being scammed. We do not run box trucks or anything other than horse trailers, and we only run dodge trucks with our four horse Hart or our Head to Head silver trailer, and ALL communication goes through me, Ali, directly.

If you have been reached out to or had any contact with someone claiming to be party or Interstate Equine LLC or any variation of that name, or providing you with our DOT info, please contact me immediately. Fortunately I'm not hearing of anyone sending deposits or actually booking with them but nonetheless, stay vigilant.
