Base Camp opening was this past weekend to prepare for our upcoming Discovery Camp field trips for 3rd & 4th graders "Thank You" to the 37 Volunteers that came out to unload lift & carry the necessary item to put the stations together.
We also send a "Thank you" out to Open Range Grading for delivering the much need dirt to ready around camp and walk paths from the wash outs the rain caused for the students.

On Friday October 25, October 26, and October 27, we held the 20th annual Dutch Hunter Rendezvous in the shadow of the Superstition Mountains. With around 105 total guests throughout the weekend, we had guest speakers from the Forestry Service, a talk about the history of the Dons, the story of the Lost Dutchman Goldmine as told by Greg Davis during our annual Discovery Camp as well as a few others. Thank you everybody for coming and sharing your amazing stories by the fire with us.

Thank you to the 26 Members & Family that participated Sunday in our Semi Annual Adopt-A-Highway cleanup efforts for our piece of the freeway! There was alot of trash this time out there!
Once the highway was finished 10 Members made the moved over to the Dons of Arizona Monument that is on the northwest corner of Apache Trail & Idaho Rd in Apache Junction for anyone that would like to visit. Thank You again we could not have done this without your assistance!
