The system is complete with all necessary components for reassembly and features fully functional hardware, including displays, auto-pilot, automatic trim, and avionics. Software-related issues are present, potentially due to the age of the two operating computers. Manufacturer support is no longer available, requiring in-house maintenance. The asking price is $2000. Hawkins Airfield - 35TT is fine this morning, no visible damage to any of the hangars and all airplanes inside are safe. ⛈️ ⚡️ KCPT wasn’t so fortunate, lots of damage to hangars and airplanes all around the airport. That said Hangar 1000 was also spared 🙏🙏🙏

We know it's been a long time since we posted an update for those of you who are interested in the Hawkins Airfield Development, way too long actually, but we finally have a few things to share, so here it goes:

- First, we finally have city approval for our road and ground improvements and are actively soliciting bids for the work.

- Our goal is to start and complete all the work just as soon as we select the contractors. The goal is to break ground in the next 3-4 weeks and it should take another 3-4 weeks to complete the work once it begins.

- Prices and all details for our 2-acre homesites should become available as we are able to finalize our construction cost budget.
