Head pitmaster Brad Mueller and his wife Devonie Mueller compete in sanctioned KCBS and RMBBQA contests. Brad has been a member of KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) for the past 3 years. Brad started judging in KCBS contests in 2015 and then went on to start competing in KCBS contests in 2016. Brad being a veteran of the US Navy and a Police Officer for the past 18 years, our biggest heroes are

the veterans and first responders in this great nation, which is why we named our team American Heroes BBQ to pay tribute to veterans and first responders. Keep your eye on us and like our page as we have a new BBQ set up and travel around the US to compete in 2018.

Today, on Peace Officers Memorial Day, we pause to honor the men and women who gave their lives in the line of duty. This is personal for us as we have lost friends in the line of duty.

They stood in the gap when others ran from danger. They answered calls that most would never dare to face. Behind every badge was a person—a son, a daughter, a parent, a friend—who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.

We remember them not just for how they died, but for how they lived: with courage, commitment, and a willingness to serve something greater than themselves.
May we never forget their sacrifice. May we carry their legacy forward with honor.

We were very excited and honored to receive a call a couple of weeks ago wanting us to cater a wedding yesterday for 2 marines wanting to do a destination wedding in Wyoming and wanting our food who are currently stationed in the east coast. Without hesitation we said yes and made a menu they had requested and dreamed of. We want to thank them for their service to our county and for trusting us to cater their special day without ever having tried our food and knowing us. We wish you the best and thank you for serving our country.

🎉 Another BIG DUCK has found its home!

A HUGE thank you to American Heroes BBQ for purchasing a BIG Duck for the Rotary Club of Casper Duck Derby decorating competition!

We are so grateful for local businesses that continue to step up, support our community, and help us rebuild Adventure Park for future generations.

Not only do they serve up incredible BBQ, but they also serve our community with heart. Be sure to show them some love and support!
