How I got started!

I first started my career as a Homemaker Companion in 1999 assisting patients with activities of daily living. After a about 6 months I was encouraged to obtain my CNA certification with the State of Wisconsin in 2001. I became eligible to work in federally certified nursing homes, intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, home health agencies, State licensed facilities and agencies as well as independent and assisted living facilities. In 2016 I took a CNA refresher course at J. Johnson Education Center to educate myself on the current licensing standards and regulations. With ZERO findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation on the Wisconsin Caregiver Misconduct Registry, I started Pole Enterprises with a tax return...the first 3 years I didn't make any profit.....but I kept going....I kept educating myself and improved my marketing and networking skills!

I registered my business and refused to attach myself to any brand other than the one I built! I am an independent contractor as a CNA. I work in Milwaukee , Waukesha, Washington and Ozaukee Counties.

I took a break from caregiving for a bit and obtained my PPL license trough Milwaukee County to transport members of the community to various destinations throughout the state. I obtained my Commercial Drivers license in 2010 transporting goods, children, and non hazardous materials.

I am skilled, reliable, and well equipped to preform any service I am contracted/hired to do. I was motivated to care for others and be of professional service to the community with the hopes of MOTIVATING others into ENTREPRENUERSHIP and becoming 100% self-employed. There may be Hinderances and Delays BUT never let FAILURE be an option!
