Today, Juan DeLa Cruz and the entire Bartow TEAM stepped into our L3Harris driver training simulator. This immersive technology gives us another way to observe driving habits, identify risky behaviors, and coach safer decisions.

Custom’s training commitment continues long after orientation. As part of Custom’s commitment to Responsible Care—and to our Customers and communities—every Professional Driver is trained and assessed on the simulator each year.
The goal is clear: stronger habits, better decisions, and safer roadways for our Professional Drivers and everyone sharing the road.

Truck 502 was getting purdy for Utah—but New Jersey called.

Professional Driver Terry Kilgore had one plan when he pulled into Blue Beacon. By the time he rolled out to pick up a trailer, the destination had changed, and Terry headed east instead.

That’s trucking. Assignments shift, and schedules change. It takes teamwork, patience, and flexibility across the entire operation to keep freight moving safely and serve our Customers well.

Thank you, Terry, for rolling with the change and doing what the TEAM needed.

The plan changed. The standard didn’t.

**TEAMWORK YOU CAN FEEL**

Across 180 days of anonymous Driver surveys, one positive theme came through consistently: **camaraderie and peer support.** (A wise old man once called it "Brotherhood").

Our Professional Drivers and TEAM members described coworkers, managers, and support staff who willingly share advice, offer practical guidance, and help one another through unfamiliar situations.

That kind of support builds confidence, strengthens our TEAM, and helps every Professional perform at a higher level.

That’s what a championship TEAM looks like: experienced people sharing what they know and helping one another succeed. Remember Michael Jordan making his teammates better?
