Smooth as a "babies" when we finished.

Amongst the MANY upgrades at LHL, the new jack stands, just "stand" around...don't move...just hold things together and prevent errant shuffling around. (sounds like a "state job" lol).
Proper positioning, near bulkheads, the appropriate place on the hull chine (the hull curve that is!...of course..."lady boats" have curves!), and not to mention the efficiency, are all positives for their use.

I've bunked hundreds of boats now for about 40 years.... some with cradles, 55 gal drums, railroad timbers and of course jack stands. BTW, the boat is sitting basically 100% on its' keel and the stands are only holding it upright. A properly built boat can easily rest on its' keel without any issues. Chains hold the stands in place, even though they are "slanted in" towards the boat's hull.

And yeah...another getting a pedicure and highlights.

That said, my pup-dawgs always make me step over them....no walking thru them!

Due to the amount of work that I've been asked to do and getting it done on a timely basis has been a struggle these last couple years. I have tried to bring on insured helpers to assist, but for various reasons, that has not been successful. If you know someone or are yourself insured with the insurance coverage required by the local marinas and want to make some extra income, contact me to discuss your qualifications.

This leads me to say, I am not taking on new customers at this point so I can serve the wonderful customers that I already have. Additionally, if you do not have work scheduled with me already, I am pausing on accepting new jobs thru June 2023 and will evaluate the situation at the end of the month.

Lastly, this will NOT affect emergency work that I'm able to assist with, in addition to running the travelift for LHL and doing bottom jobs. Most canvas repairs I will be able to tackle as well, but not larger projects, such as biminis, etc.

Many jobs I've experienced can be accomplished with a little initial guidance over the phone or text/emails, which I am happy to do, as I've also done so in the past. Working on your own projects can be some of the "fun" (lol!) of owning your boat, but I understand the owners that like to untie from the dock and just head out.

As always, any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. I am EXTREMELY thankful for the wonderful customers that have blessed my business over the years.
