House i lifted back in 2023 for a gentleman who found himself in a real pickle. The builder and engineer argued on who was at fault but ultimately the home owner paid the price. I tried to help him any way I could to prevent what would become inedible. The house had to be lifted 5ft to be above flood stage height. The flood maps had been changed that year which may have cause some of the confusion. Nevertheless we raised it successfully without causing any damage.
