Brenda's Beanies Welding Caps We have been in business since 2006 producing handmade, quality welding caps. Our caps are reversible, made to last, and designed for a comfortable fit.

Seven years ago, David Shirley, my husband and a welder for over 30 years, asked me to make him a welding cap. He wanted a cap that would be deep enough to protect his ears and durable enough to last longer than a few rounds through the washing machine. Brenda's Beanies has since grown into a business that has supplied caps to several welding supply stores as well as hundreds of individual custome

rs all over the United States. Each cap is reversible and reinforced to withstand lots of use and abuse. We offer solid white as well as a variety of prints and solids. Caps are available in either deep crown or short crown style, although deep crown caps are the most popular. Sizes range from 6 5/8 to 8. Children's sizes are also available. Price per cap is $14+shipping & handling for white caps.
$15+ shipping & handling for solid or prints. Special orders, such as our signature Texas caps or alternate stitching colors,and fabric change, are available for an additional charge.

Meet The Beanie Crew!

It's finally time to talk about the one and only BRENDA of Brenda's Beanies!!!

Y'all already know her and love her. You probably already know she's been a welder's wife for 25 years and counting, which is why she understands the needs of the job. If you're one of her customers, you know she will stop at nothing to make sure you're satisfied with your caps. She absolutely loves hearing from all of you and she thinks of you as her extended kid/grandkid family. In fact, one of the reasons she doesn't want to use a website for ordering is because she likes interacting with you! She loves your crazy requests, even if she does have to take a deep breath sometimes... She loves hearing about your travels, your job sites, your decked out rigs, your wins, and especially your babies! (Y'all know she makes baby caps, right?)

A few things you might not know about Brenda... She is a Royal Caribbean cruise QUEEN. She loves her Schnauzer, Greta and her grandpuppy, Bennie. She has more grandkids and great grandkids than we can count, and she seems to continually acquire more as her grandkids' friends often adopt her as their own "Ma". She loves late night snack runs, true crime documentaries, road trips, and spending time in her backyard oasis in South Texas.

Brenda loves her Beanie Crew and her customers, and she is so proud to get to work with all of you! Show Brenda some love in the comments, and maybe drop a picture of you in your favorite Brenda's Beanies cap!
