At least 22 years old
Minimum 12 months verifiable Tractor-Trailer exp. No Drug/Alcohol offenses
NO major Preventable Accidents
Within the last 3 years: 4 or less moving violations
No Reckless Offenses
Good Employment History and Safety Record
