You loved it, so we’re bringing it back. Permanently. 🥩

But here’s the thing—we’re a small restaurant, and prime rib ain’t cheap. We don’t want to make too little and run out before you get yours, but we also don’t want to make too much and let good food go to waste.

So, prime rib will be available Saturday evenings by reservation only.

If you want one, make sure your reservation is in by Friday evening so we can plan accordingly.

We’re excited to make this a regular thing. 🤝

We are honored to have the opportunity to serve Wings of Rescue and Finney County Humane Society while remembering our friend and former air traffic controller Zach Scheiman. Sunday, August 9th at 6:30 am.

✈️🐾 A Flight That Carries More Than Animals… It Carries a Legacy. 🐾✈️

The Wings of Rescue flight from Garden City represents more than a journey to a new home for shelter animals—it honors the life of Zach Scheiman, a man whose passion for serving others and love for animals continues to inspire our community.

Zach was a lifelong Garden City resident, a 2003 GCHS graduate, United States Air Force veteran, Air Traffic Controller, dedicated volunteer, and passionate advocate for animal rescue. Whether serving his community, his country, or helping those in need, Zach lived a life defined by compassion, selflessness, and service.

Today, that legacy lives on through the annual Wings of Rescue Flight, where animals from the Finney County Humane Society are given a second chance at finding loving homes.

This beautiful T-34 Mentor stopped in for fuel at GCK! The aircraft is from Florida and heading to California!

GCK is hosting a couple of diverted flights due to weather in Denver. The flights will refuel with Crosby Flying Services, LLC. Trego-Dugan will send them on their way after providing ground handling services. One of the main reasons GCK is a designated diversion airport is our air traffic control tower and the amazing controllers! We have a great aviation team at GCK!
