Harbor Offshore Marine Announces Fleet Expansion

Galveston, Texas — February 2026 — Harbor Offshore Marine announced the expansion of its offshore fleet with the purchase of three vessels from T&T Offshore.

The expansion comes just days before Harbor Offshore Marine’s 25th anniversary on February 20, underscoring the company’s continued growth, operational strength, and long-term investment in serving the offshore energy and maritime sectors.

“This milestone reflects how far we’ve come and the exciting road ahead,” said Magen Moore Ortiz, CEO of Harbor Offshore Marine. “Our continued growth made this expansion a natural next step, strengthening our ability to deliver safe, reliable service at scale. We’re grateful for our longstanding relationship with T&T Offshore and proud of the thoughtful work our teams put into ensuring a smooth transition.”

The acquired vessels enhance Harbor Offshore Marine’s service capacity and reinforce its position in the Gulf Coast offshore market. Harbor Offshore Marine is working to ensure seamless continuity of offshore launch services for customers historically supported by these vessels as the company enters its next chapter of growth.

Kevin Teichman, CEO of Teichman Group, added, “The sale of the three offshore crew boats aligns with our long-term strategy as we continue the growth of our business units in the United States and abroad. Our long and continuing relationship with Harbor Offshore guided our decision to move forward with the sale of these vessels and related offshore launch services.”

Today we celebrate a milestone we're incredibly proud of — 25 years of Harbor Offshore Marine, Inc.

What began as a vision from our founders, Sue & Bartlett Moore, has grown into a trusted offshore marine company built on relationships, hard work, resilience, and a deep commitment to the Gulf Coast maritime community. Their leadership, integrity, and willingness to take bold steps laid the foundation for everything Harbor Offshore is today.

As we mark this anniversary, I’m especially grateful for the crews, employees, customers, partners, and family members who have been part of this journey. Growth never happens alone - it happens because of people who believe in the mission and show up every day to deliver safe, reliable service offshore.

The last 25 years have been meaningful and the future ahead is even more exciting. Here’s to continuing the legacy while building what comes next. ⚓

We had the pleasure of welcoming the USS Battleship Texas (BB-35) (Battleship Texas Foundation Group) to Gulf Copper & Manufacturing Corporation in Galveston, Texas yesterday.

The Battleship Texas is the only remaining dreadnought battleship serving in both World War I and World War II. She entered into service in 1912, originally seeing action in Mexican waters following the "Tampico Incident", and made numerous sorties into the North Sea during WW I. In WW II, the Texas escorted war convoys across the Atlantic and later shelled Axis-held beaches for the North African campaign and the Normandy Landings before being transferred to the Pacific Theater late in 1944 to provide naval gunfire support during the Battles of Iwo Jima and Okinawa. She was decommissioned in 1948, having earned a total of five battle stars for service in World War II.

We hope that after it completes its $35 million overhaul it remains in Galveston for all to visit.
