Thank you for choosing L.D.S. It is our pleasure to serve you and provide you with the best experience possible. Here a few things you can expect with utilizing our services. Your Safety is the number one priority:
*L.D.S. has a “zero” tolerance for any threats, violence or verbal abuse towards the staff or clients. Any incident reports will be evaluated an
d may even result in involving the local authorities and expulsion to using the services.
*All conversations shared are confidential and treated respectfully. Any health related conversations will be treated as H.I.P.P.A. Your Driver:
*Our drivers are respectable and courteous. And for a peace of mind, you will have the same driver the majority of the time.
*All drivers are background checked and vetted. They also are road tested, to ensure they follow safety guidelines and are knowledgeable of the D.M.V. Our Vehicles:
*Clean, updated and smoke free. We also keep the interior sanitized. Our vehicles are maintenance regularly and emissions passed. Making and maintaining Reservations:
*Reservations is best made in advance, either by calling, text messaging or email.
*Any pricing agreed upon is non-negotiable and left to the driver’s discretion.
*Some requests may require a refundable deposit for up to 48 hours.
*Upon the driver’s arrival, the driver will wait for 5 minutes. If the driver has to wait beyond that, there will be an additional $2.50 charge. Then another $2.50 for every 2 minutes thereafter.
*Rides $15.00 and up will access a $5.00 late fee, then $2.50 for every 2 minutes.
*Gratuities are appreciated and should be separate from the service rate.
*If you are running late, it is best to contact your driver in advance. Payments:
*Methods of payments include Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and all Visa/Master Card logos are accepted. Please advise what method you will use at the time of your reservation.
