Never flown Southwest Airlines before. Got to airport and an hour before the flight they said it was delayed from 4:15 to 10:50 and most connecting flights would be cancelled. Long line to do rebooting and many rebooted on phone as I did and before I left the airport it was being announced flight would leave at 4:50. It was a cluster. I then watched baggage people put my bag on belt and just over have way up knock it off the belt bouncing 2 times. I witnessed this 3 freaking times.

I don't think I will ever book my clients Southwest unless they insist
