Norwalk didn't disappoint last week with the way to many cars, Halloween Classic. Nate Burns came up just a hair short, but with a great run on Wednesday. Nate finished as the runner up, after losing in the final of the box Gamblers race. Going 8 rounds adds a little to the stress level I'm sure. Great run Nate.

Nothing like getting back in a car after some years off. Some might say it's like riding a bike, but driving a sprint car is a whole different category. I heard Chad Kemenah hadn't raced in 4 years, but he made it all count Thursday night.
Kevin Schlachter informed me Chad had been asked to drive before with no commitment before filling in for his regular driver Seth Schneider. Seth couldn't make the scheduled 305 race along side the Outlaws at Millstream, and with Chad's son Creed racing with them everything came together.
With a last minute change to the format due to an extremely high 305 car count they broke the field into 2 feature events, both lining up by qualifying time. Chad not only drove to the number 3 time spot, but drove to the front in the feature event for the win. Big shout out to Chad, and a great way to close out the year for the Schlachter racing operation.

The John Burr 100 lap classic, was 1 race that didn't get canceled last night. The last point race of the season for the ISMA/MSS big block supermodifieds took place at Evan Mills Speedway in eastern NY. Starting 9th Tyler Shullick drove to the win, for his 4th victory of the year, and the big ISMA/MSS 2026 championship. Bryan Sebetto clinched the Fremont Speedway Championship, along with the AFCS 305 Championship last Saturday night at Fremont. The team put up a tremendous year on the track wherever they traveled. When I saw this picture in a post the other day, by the Hoppes clan I believe, I thought it was great. Congratulations to all involved !

Hey, what do you know, you can buy friends ! Bryan Pendleton isn't standing by himself this time for pics. So close, but finishing up the runner up at Dragway 42, in the 6.00 class last weekend. Maybe you race a little more Bryan you could build on this. Hard to compete out there only racing a limited schedule but he gets it done. Congratulations.
