Looking for a driver for this truck and a Kenworth T 680. We will be updating the equipment in 2025.
Must have 2 years driving experience
Refrigerated LTL experience preferred but will train.
Must be able to pass drug/alcohol test
Clean MVR
1 driver needed for West Coast lane (California/AZ/Wa/Ore), gone 10-12 days
Home 2-3 days after each turn.
1 driver needed for mid west back to East Coast lane every week, home a couple of days a week.

No NYC.
Mileage pay (hub miles)
Stop pay.
Fuel Bonus program.
On time delivery bonus program.
Weekly truck washes
Pets are ok (1 per truck)
Rider program (must be approved)

Paid vacation after 2 years of consistent work.
Newer trucks and Trailers.
Assigned Truck & Trailer, no slip seating.
No searching for broker loads, no sitting in truck stops waiting for a load.
We work 52 weeks a year, out and back no hanging in truck stops for days on end.
We operate as a real Trucking company when trucking was hard work, we handle freight, we tailgate delivery some deliveries. We are a true LTL carrier with dual temp trailers, and we load the trailer the way a real trucking company does.
I am looking for real drivers that know what it means to go to work every week, and is not afraid to work hard, doesn’t complain and will represent my company professionally.
