Stress Free Solutions, LLC believes that transitioning into a new environment does not have to be the result of sudden injury or illness, but as a well planned and structured plan. We educate our clientele on the options available to them so that they can make a well informed decision. Having the proper information allows individuals to make intelligent decisions in a timely manner. Placing these concerns on the back burner only compounds stress and anxiety and makes a difficult situation far worse. Our services include professional organizing, downsizing, packing/moving, estate sales and all of our services are provided in house! Act now and improve the quality of you and your loved ones lives. Action can take multiple forms, so let us consider some of the more common scenarios we encounter with our clientele. A common issue that arises with age is that of mobility concerns. Single level living allows individuals and care givers to remain within their homes, while providing a safe living environment. Our professional organizers can assist in making the living space convenient for walkers and/or wheelchairs, we can assist in rearranging furniture so that bedrooms can be located on first floor, ensuring that the home is handicap accessible, etc... Reimaging transition in this way allows people to see firsthand that proper planning directly improves quality of life for both caregiver and patient. Another common scenario is the “gradual downsize”. The gradual downsize is a version of the downsizing process that takes place over several weeks or months. Again, transition does not have to be the result of sudden injury or illness. When undertaken properly, the downsizing process can be very stress reducing and gratifying. Stress Free Solutions will help you do everything from move and deliver items to loved ones, take items for donation, sell items on your behalf, move items to new locations or storage, etc... Stress Free Solutions was happy to attend the Meritus Case Management Fair today! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with case managers and other healthcare professionals who work hard every day to support individuals and families in our community.

🌧️➡️🏫 A Little Rain Couldn’t Stop a Whole Lot of Appreciation!

🎉What a wonderful day celebrating the incredible Case Management team at Frederick Health in honor of National Case Management Week!

💙When the rain forced a last-minute venue change, we rolled with the punches! A huge thank-you to event organizer, Eileen Caughy McLaughlin with Right at Home, and to Jackie Dinterman and the Frederick Health Pavilion for graciously hosting us and helping ensure the celebration went on. Despite the change of plans, the turnout was fantastic, with community partners coming together to share resources, show appreciation, and celebrate the professionals who make such a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families!

Our very own Kathi Smith, Marketing Director, brought her creative touch to the day with a beautiful tablescape and an amazing grand raffle prize valued at $200.00! And, of course, Owner Ryan Burns, and master of ceremonies, kept everyone laughing and the energy high — because no event with Ryan at the mic is ever short on personality! 🎤😄

✨🙌 A team effort worth celebrating!👏✨

Yesterday, Stress Free Solutions joined the 2026 ESPC Elder Expo, with Jay, Kathi, and Mary Beth on hand to connect with attendees, meet fellow professionals, and share resources that help older adults and their families navigate life’s next chapter.

But this event was especially meaningful for our team because our very own, Kathi Smith, co-chaired the entire expo! Her hard work, dedication, and commitment to bringing people together helped make the day a tremendous success, and we couldn’t be prouder to recognize her contributions!

A special thank-you to Frederick Health for hosting the event at the Frederick Health Pavilion and to the Frederick County Division of Aging and Independence for their valued partnership and help promoting the expo. Events like these are a wonderful reminder of what we can accomplish when our community works together!
