How often does your storage facility raise rates? 💰👀

Ask before you rent. At Security Public Storage, there are no rate increases for at least 6 months.

A great rate today should still be fair tomorrow.

How do you prevent leaks in storage units? 💧

Ask about roof inspections and routine maintenance. Catching problems early helps protect your belongings from water damage.

"Great overall experience, from the price deals and super helpful office staff, to the security provided and clean storage units. And a great perk was the availability of several carts located throughout the space that we could use to transport our stuff back and forth from our truck/car to the unit. We've used Security Public Storage before and will continue to whenever needed." says BR on Google

"Upgraded my previous unit to a 10x10 drive up unit. They made the process quick and painless. Even saving on the new unit for the first 3 months with a promo they included on the unit. Can’t beat that! They even closed out my previous unit right away as I was moving my things from the smaller unit into the bigger one the same day & got a pro-rated credit for the unused time in the original space. That’s good customer.." says Robert on Google
